Registration/Logging in
The business required collecting extensive user data during registration, but the long and overwhelming form risked high drop-off. To address this, I redesigned the flow into a multi-step, paginated format with clear progress indicators, inline guidance, and a mobile-friendly layout. This approach is expected to reduce cognitive load, increase user motivation, and drive significantly improved conversion.
Problem
Long form causes drop-offs
Solution
Split into clear, guided steps
Result
Higher completion rate
To ensure enhanced security during registration and login, an OTP (one-time password) system is used. Users can choose to log in via email, where they receive an authorization link, or via phone, where a one-time password is sent via SMS. This approach ensures that only the user with access to the provided contact details can gain entry, minimizing the risks of unauthorized access.
The streamlined and user-friendly registration flow with secure login options is expected to improve conversion rates and strengthen user trust.
